Under the new situation of the new economic form, asset securitization of our country has entered a fast lane of rapid development. The enthusiasm of all participants in the economic market has been on the rise. Among them, the bank mutual aid has caused many controversies. The aftershocks of the financial crisis in 2008 have not been completely eliminated. Is asset securitization in crisis in fact a substantial inspiration to our current economic situation?
