努力创建学习型党组织,是历史赋予我们的使命和责任,也是新形势下加强党的执政能力建设的战略举措,是党中央向各级党组织和全体共产党员提出的新要求。为深入推进创建学习型党组织活动,上海龙华医院在调研的基础上,围绕医院工作实践,分别从创建学习型党组织的意义、经验、问题等方面进行了研究和分析,提出进一步推进医院学习型党组织工作建设的对策和建议。
Striving to establish a learning party organization is the mission and responsibility entrusted to us by history. It is also a strategic move to strengthen the building of the party’s ability to govern under the new situation and is a new requirement put forward by the CPC Central Committee to party organizations at all levels and all communists. In order to further promote the activities of establishing a learning party, Shanghai Longhua Hospital conducted research and analysis on the basis of the research and the practice of the hospital, respectively from the aspects of the significance, experience and problems of establishing a learning party, and proposed to further promote the study of the hospital Countermeasures and Suggestions for the Construction of Type Party Organizations.
