在国有企业特有的组织生态下,建立科学、合理的薪酬制度仍面临着诸多挑战。从企业文化来看,这种挑战出现在追求“和谐”的传统意识下;从制度设计来看,过于复杂、烦琐的规则制定却较少显示出激励的元素。因此,需要从合理分配、有效激励和对改革路径的控制上下工夫。
Under the unique organizational ecology of state-owned enterprises, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable remuneration system still faces many challenges. From the corporate culture point of view, this challenge appears in the pursuit of “harmonious ” under the traditional consciousness; from the system design point of view, too complicated, cumbersome rules to develop but show less incentive elements. Therefore, we need to work hard from the rational distribution, effective stimulation and control of the reform path.
