目的 通过摩擦力实验 ,研究结扎方式与结扎力对托槽 -弓丝 -结扎丝结构摩擦力的影响。方法 选择三种不锈钢托槽 ,与两种不锈钢弓丝 (0 .4 5 mm圆丝 ,0 .0 17× 0 .0 2 5″方丝 )分别组合 ,通过电脑伺服万能材料实验机连接摩擦力实验装置 ,弓丝以 10 mm/分的速度沿托槽槽沟滑动 ,记录各组合在结扎圈和结扎丝 (分别为 5 0 g、15 0 g、30 0 g和 5 0 0 g结扎压力 )结扎时的摩擦力。结果 当使用不锈钢丝结扎时 ,结扎压力增大 ,摩擦力随之增加 ,两者呈线性关系 ;结扎圈的摩擦力高于 5 0 0 g结扎压力下的不锈钢结扎丝的摩擦力。结论 不锈钢丝结扎时 ,托槽 -弓丝 -结扎丝结构的摩擦力随结扎压力增大而增加 ,两者呈线性关系 ;结扎圈比不锈钢结扎丝的摩擦力大
Objective To study the effect of ligation and ligation on the friction of bracket-arch wire-ligature wire structure through the friction experiment.
