为迎接1978年全国科学大会的召开,文化部于1977年成立科技办公室,并对所属单位发出征集文化科技成果项目的通知。 1978年3月,中共中央在北京召开全国科学大会。在获奖的7657项优秀科技成果中,文化部推荐的项目占48项。其中音乐方面的有如下8项:琴弦的测试(文化部文学艺术研究所音乐舞蹈研究室);改革巴乌(文化部文学艺术研究所音乐舞蹈研究室、沈阳军区政治部歌舞团);新手风琴贝司系统(广东人民艺术学院);改革潮州高音唢呐(广东人民艺术学院、汤士乐器修理商店);锦赛革
In order to meet the convening of the National Science Conference in 1978, the Ministry of Culture established a science and technology office in 1977 and issued a notice to its subordinate units for collecting cultural and scientific achievements. In March 1978, the CPC Central Committee convened the National Science Conference in Beijing. Out of the 7657 award-winning outstanding scientific and technological achievements, 48 projects are recommended by the Ministry of Culture. Among them, there are eight musical aspects as follows: the testing of the strings (Music and Dance Lab of the Institute of Literature and Art of the Ministry of Culture); the reform of Bawu (Music and Dance Lab of the Institute of Literature and Art of the Ministry of Culture and Song and Dance Troupe of the Shenyang Military Region Political Department); the new accordion Bass system (Guangdong People’s Art Institute); reform Chaozhou treble suona (Guangdong People’s Art Institute, Tang Shi musical instrument repair shop)
