目的 :观察巴曲抗栓酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效。方法 :用巴曲抗栓酶治疗 2 0例下肢深静脉血栓 ,男性 9例 ,女性 11例 ;年龄 4 7±s 17a( 16～ 80a) ;首次剂量 10BU ,用 2 50mL 0 .9%氯化钠注射液稀释 ,静脉滴注 1.0～ 1.5h ,以后隔日用 5BU ,总量 30BU。结果 :70 %有效 ,大腿周径平均消退3.5± 2 .3cm ,小腿周径平均消退 2 .7± 0 .9cm。明确发病诱因者 12例 ,6例有效 ,8例无明确诱因者全部有效 ,有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :巴曲抗栓酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效良好。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of batroxobin in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods: Twenty patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were treated with batroxobin, including 9 males and 11 females, aged 47 ± 17 years (16-80 days). The first dose of 10BU was treated with 250 ml of 0.9% Sodium injection dilution, intravenous infusion 1.0 ~ 1.5h, after every other day with 5BU, the total 30BU. Results: 70% effective, the average thigh circumference regression 3.5 ± 2 .3cm, average calf circumference regression 2 .7 ± 0 .9cm. Clear onset of inducement in 12 cases, 6 cases were effective, 8 cases of no clear cause all effective, with statistical significance (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Batroxobin is effective in treating deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
