The relationship between rhythmic gymnastics and dance is discussed. It is pointed out that there are both connections and differences between the two, both common and individual. Rhythmic gymnastics is an artistic sport that draws expressive movements from dance. It is a physically and psychologically coordinated movement after art processing. It can express thoughts and feelings and reflect social life.
