随着国家粮食收购政策的调整,优质小麦的优价已给农民带来了不少的实惠。农民种植优质小麦的积极性越来越高,如豫麦34、高优503等面包专用小麦(强筋小麦)在河南省已有相当大的栽培面积。但是.我们在收购中发现,有的农户交上来的优质面包小麦粉质率明显降低,有的全部粉质化,粒色灰暗,籽粒秕瘦,出粉率低,蛋白质含量低等,使强筋小麦固有的品质特性有所改变,等级降低,农民利益受损。在生产中,如何保持强筋小麦的品质特性,已成为广大农户最关心的问题。
