在1991年的锅炉年检中,我们发现两台快装锅炉由于进水结构不合理,以致造成进水管附近锅筒上产生裂纹,现将产生裂纹的原因和修理方法分析如下。 1 基本情况 1991年4月5日,我们在某厂对一台KZH2-8型锅炉进行年检,发现进水管周围有七条大小不等的裂纹。最长达50mm,其它长在10-20mm范围内,呈放射状,起裂于进水管与锅筒角焊缩缝处,如图1(a)所示。 1991年4月15日,我们在另一厂锅炉年检中,同样发现一台KZL2-8型锅炉进水管附近锅筒上出现裂
In the annual inspection of the boiler in 1991, we found that the two fast-acting boilers had cracks in the drum near the inlet pipe due to the unreasonable influent structure.
