7月17日,市外办、市档案局联合召开亚信峰会档案工作专题会,进一步推进和部署亚信峰会档案工作。市外办副主任祝伟敏、市档案局(馆)副局(馆)长朱金铃出席会议并讲话。祝伟敏传达了市领导关于进一步做好亚信峰会后续保障工作的讲话精神,要求各成员单位按照时间节点,抓紧完成亚信峰会文件材料归档和移交工作,为本市重大外事活动留下完整、丰富的档案材料。朱金铃对提高做好亚信峰会档案工作
On July 17, the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and the City Archives jointly held the special documentary work conference of the AsiaInfo Summit to further promote and deploy the files of the AsiaInfo Summit.
