地基问题是研究在荷载作用下地基土应力分布、变形和稳定性的规律,其中变形和承载力是二个基本问题.设计和施工地基时,除保证其不发生剪切破坏以外,更要防止发生过大的差异沉降,避免造成工程质量事故和生产运行中的不良后果.电厂是工业生产的主要动力供给部门;在地基不均匀沉降问题上应尽量做到安全、经济和合理统一.
The foundation problem is to study the law of stress distribution, deformation and stability of foundation soil under load. The deformation and bearing capacity are two basic problems. When designing and constructing the foundation, besides guaranteeing that it does not cause shear damage, it should be prevented. Over-differential settlement occurs to avoid engineering quality accidents and adverse consequences in production operations. The power plant is the main power supply department for industrial production; as far as the uneven settlement of the foundation is concerned, it should be as safe, economical, and reasonable as possible.
