目的： 探讨波形蛋白（Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ） 、Ｓ１００ 、ＨＭＢ４５ 、细胞角蛋白（Ｃｙｔｏｋｅｒａｔｉｎ） 的表达在恶性黑色素瘤（ 下称恶黑） 鉴别诊断中的意义。方法：１２ 例恶黑取石蜡切片各一张，用免疫组化链霉素生物素（ＬＳＡＢ） 法，分别作Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ 、ＨＭＢ４５ 、Ｓ１００ 、Ｃｙｔｏｋｅｒａｔｉｎ 染色。结果： 每例Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ 、Ｓ１００ 、ＨＭＢ４５ 标记均呈阳性表达。Ｃｙｔｏｋｅｒａｔｉｎ 表达情况为，皮肤原发恶黑９ 例中有４ 例阳性，阳性者中２ 例为无色素性恶黑；３ 例淋巴结内转移性恶黑１ 例阳性。结论： Ｃｙｔｏｋｅｒａｔｉｎ 阳性不能排除恶黑的诊断
Objective: To investigate the significance of the expression of Vimentin, S-100, HMB45 and cytokeratin in the differential diagnosis of malignant melanoma (hereinafter referred to as malignant black). METHODS: Twenty-two paraffin-embedded paraffin sections were stained with immunohistochemical streptomycin-biotin (LSAB) for Vi-mentin, HMB45, S-100, and Cytokeratin staining. Results: Positive expression of Vimentin, S100 and HMB45 was observed in each case. The Cytokeratin expression pattern was positive in 4 out of 9 cases of primary skin darkening, 2 cases of non-pigmented malignant black in positive cases, and 1 case of metastatic blackish in lymph nodes. Conclusion: Cytokeratin positive cannot rule out the diagnosis of malignant black
