校长专业化的现实意义

非专业化校长只能盲目追随教育发展,只有专业化校长才能引领和推动教育发展,现代学校制度建设需要专业化校长。校长的专业化应体现在对学校教育发展的宏观层面,追求的是教育的大智慧和大境界。校长专业化,关键在一个“化”字。“化”是一个质量互变的过程。校长专业化就是指校长内在的知识技能结构不断更新、演进、丰富和完善的过程,即校长在专业精神、专业理念、专业思维、专业知识、专业能力、专业气质等方面的持续发展过程。就像医生有处方权、教师对学生有教育权一样,校长的专业自主权,意味着校长对学校的事务有决定权。要给校长“松绑”、“放权”,让学校能够自主办学,自主发展;要建立健全监督机制,对校长的权力进行监督,促使其依法办学,规范办学,避免其拥权自重,无所顾忌。要使未曾作过校长的人能担任这项工作,使在这个岗位上的校长日有所进,成为优秀的校长以至学校教育专家或教育家,“专业化”的这个“化”就是学习,就是实践,就是实践后的反思总结,按照陶行知的观点,就是“教学做合一”。 Non-professional principals can blindly follow the development of education.
