我国是世界十三个贫水国之一,人均占有水量约为世界的1/4,缺水城市达300多个,其中沈阳名列我国十大缺水严重城市之列。通过对沈阳城市缺水问题的认真研究,我们认为,大力规划建设下凹式绿地可以充分利用宝贵的天然降水资源,节省大量绿地灌溉用水,有效缓解城市缺水的紧张状况。下凹式绿地的规划建设原则是:室内地面高于路面,路面高于绿地,具体标高差可根据不同的城市和城市不同地区因地制宜地确定。经过分析研究,我们认为建
China is one of the 13 poor countries in the world. The per capita possession of water is about 1/4 of the world’s total, and there are more than 300 cities that are short of water. Among them, Shenyang is ranked among the top ten water-scarce cities in China. Through careful research on the problem of water shortage in Shenyang City, we believe that vigorously planning and constructing sunken green spaces can make full use of precious natural water resources, save a large amount of irrigation water for green land, and effectively relieve tensions in urban water shortages.
