目的探究某部肺结核疫情发生的原因,以减少或杜绝类似疫情的发生。方法自制调查表现场填写;深入事发单位现场调查;组织安排临床检查;分层次专题授课辅导。结果摸清了此次疫情的流行特征;发现了可疑患者;有针对性地提出防控措施,有效地控制了疫情。结论肺结核仍然是威胁部队官兵健康的重要传染病,各级卫生部门应重视此类疾病的预防。
Objective To investigate the causes of an outbreak of pulmonary tuberculosis in an area to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of a similar outbreak. Methods Homemade questionnaire fill in the field; in-depth investigation of the incident unit; organization and arrangement of clinical examination; The results of the epidemic out of the epidemic characteristics; found suspicious patients; targeted prevention and control measures to effectively control the outbreak. Conclusions Tuberculosis is still an important infectious disease that threatens the health of the troops and soldiers.
