Since the 1990s, it has become a basic economic guideline for most countries to make maximum use of the international market and international economic resources to optimize the combination of resources and production factors and promote their own economic growth at the global or regional level. At present, the basic principle of introducing foreign investment strategy in our country should not only conform to the changing trend of current international capital flows, but also to meet our country’s status as a developing country.
