党的十八届三中全会指出,要加快转变经济发展方式,推动经济更有效率、更加公平、更可持续发展。在我国经济发展正进入趋势性的中高度增长的新常态下,要求逐渐实现经济发展由速度型向质量型转变,其核心内涵是经济发展方式的转型。但从现实维度来看,我国经济发展方式的转型在取得现有成就上进展缓慢,依然面临很多的难题亟需解决。如何认识并化解新常态下我国经济发展方式转变面临的问题与困扰,在很大程度上决定着我国经济发展方式的转型进一步发展。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the transformation of the economic development mode and promote more efficient, fair and sustainable economic development. Under the new normalcy in which China’s economic development is entering a trend of medium and high growth, it is demanded that the economic development should be gradually transformed from speed to quality. Its core content is the transformation of the economic development mode. However, judging from the realistic dimension, the transition of China’s economic development mode has made slow progress in achieving the existing achievements and still faces many problems which are in urgent need of solution. How to understand and resolve the problems and troubles facing the transformation of China’s economic development mode under the new normal will to a great extent determine the further development of the transformation of China’s economic development mode.
