尿酸为人体嘌呤代谢的最终产物,它的测定对临床诊断有重要意义。一般的测定方法有钨蓝法、酶催化氧化法、荧光法和比色法、酶电极法等。本文试用生物组织电极确立一种测定尿酸的新方法,所得结果与文献报道的电极性能基本一致。将该电极用于血清及尿液分析,其结果与标准法相一致。此外,测试简捷尤是本法特色。
Uric acid is the end product of purine metabolism, and its determination is of great significance for clinical diagnosis. The general method of determination of tungsten blue method, enzyme catalytic oxidation, fluorescence and colorimetric method, enzyme electrode method. In this paper, a new method for the determination of uric acid was established by using biological tissue electrodes. The obtained results are in good agreement with those reported in the literature. The electrode for serum and urine analysis, the results consistent with the standard method. In addition, the test is simple and especially the characteristics of this law.
