秋收已到,各地農產品逐渐上市,整理秋地,播種秋麥,農民急需生產資料。為此,山西省人民政府已指示各地,依据自己工作,完成三秋工作。合作社旨在供銷,目的是供給社会生活及生產的必需品并推銷共產品,值此農产旺月,合作社要集中国量有計划有步驟的解决社员困難,以免社員吃亏,这一工作做好與否,就直接影響到合作社的鞏固与发展。今提出以下数點以供各級社研究执行: (一)必须明确上級社为下级社服务,下級社為社員服务的方針,克服盲目的爲一般劳动人民服务的认识,對于一般劳动人民的供銷工作,是在爲社員服务有餘力時方得進行,這樣做不僅明確了合作社的目的,而且也鼓励了一般劳动人民入社,更鞏固了社员的认识。盲
