每当季节更迭、天气变化时,感冒就会肆虐。身体疲乏,会降低你去健身房锻炼的意愿,从而挫败健身大计。如果感冒症状较为轻微,一些轻柔的运动能提供身体恢复所需的能量。这套轻松的锻炼方案,特别适合感冒患者在家中练习。它共包括5个动作,每个动作做10~15次,然后在15分钟内,重复上述循环尽可能多的次数。尽量把注意力放在激活和拉伸肌肉上,而不要对身体施加太强的压力,以免影响身体恢复。
