目的了解西双版纳州傣族学生营养状况,为制订干预措施提供依据。方法将“1985年中国学生身高标准体重值”作为评价标准,对2010年西双版纳州7~18岁父母均为傣族的学生2534名进行营养状况分析。结果营养不良检出率7.73%,较低体质量检出率33.35%,体质量超标和肥胖检出率6.08%;营养不良和较低体质量检出率女生高于男生,体质量超标和肥胖检出率男生高于女生;中小学生比较,营养不良检出率中学生高于小学生,较低体质量和体质量超标检出率小学生高于中学生,肥胖检出率小学生高于中学生;傣族与傈僳族学生比较,营养不良和较低体质量检出率傣族学生高于傈僳族学生;体质量超标检出率傈僳族学生高于傣族学生,肥胖检出率傣族高于傈僳族学生。结论傣族学生的营养不良问题依然严重,体质量超标和肥胖情况也不容忽视。加强学校营养工作和营养知识的普及,加强体育锻炼,是改善傣族学生营养状况的有效措施。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of Dai students in Xishuangbanna Prefecture and provide the basis for formulating interventions. Methods According to 1985 “Chinese student height standard body weight value” as the evaluation standard, the nutritional status of 2534 students who were 7 to 18 years old Dai students in Xishuangbanna Prefecture in 2010 was analyzed. Results The detection rate of malnutrition was 7.73%, the detection rate of low body weight was 33.35%, the body weight exceeded and the detection rate of obesity was 6.08%. The malnutrition rate and lower detection rate of body weight were higher in girls than boys, with overweight and obesity The detection rate of boys was higher than that of girls. The detection rate of malnutrition among middle and primary school students was higher than that of primary school students. The detection rate of lower body weight and body mass was higher than that of middle school students. The detection rate of obesity was higher than that of middle school students. Compared with ethnic students, malnutrition and lower detection rate of body weight were higher in Dai students than in Lisu students. Except for the detection rate of excessive body mass, Lisu students were higher than Dai students, and the detection rate of obesity was higher than that of Lisu students. Conclusions Dai students are still suffering from malnutrition. Their body mass and obesity should not be overlooked. Strengthening the popularization of school nutrition and nutritional knowledge and strengthening physical exercise are effective measures to improve the nutritional status of Dai students.
