概述国内外氯丁橡胶(CR)的生产和消费状况,以及我国CR的进出口情况。2011年世界CR的生产能力为42.7万t,消费量为32.5万t。2011我国CR的生产能力为5.5万t,进口量为2.04万t,出口量为0.8万t,表观消费量为6.74万t。针对我国CR生产存在的问题,提出今后提高生产乙炔利用率和副产物回收技术、开发新产品和高端产品等发展建议。
Summarize the production and consumption of neoprene (CR) at home and abroad, as well as the import and export of CR in China. In 2011, the production capacity of CR in the world was 427,000 tons and the consumption was 325,000 tons. 2011 China’s CR production capacity of 55,000 t, the import volume of 20,400 t, the export volume of 8,000 t, the apparent consumption of 67400 t. In view of the existing problems of CR production in our country, some suggestions on how to improve the utilization of acetylene, the recovery of by-products and the development of new products and high-end products are put forward.
