目的 探讨海带提取物抗脂质过氧化和降血脂及血液粘度的作用。方法 采用生化检测的方法 ,研究小鼠经口给予海带提取物一个月后 ,血浆中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)及全血谷光甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)含量的变化 ;大鼠给予海带提取物的同时给予高脂饲料一个月 ,测定血脂及血液粘度的变化。结果 海带提取物组SOD明显高于对照组 ,MDA明显低于对照组 ,GSH -PX无明显变化。大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、全血高切粘度、低切粘度、血浆粘度及纤维蛋白原均明显低于阳性对照组。结论 海带提取物具有明显的抗脂质过氧化和降血脂血液粘度作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of kelp extract on anti-lipid peroxidation, blood lipid lowering and blood viscosity. Methods The biochemical test was used to study the effects of oral administration of kelp extract on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX ) Content changes; rats given kelp extract at the same time give high-fat diet for one month, measured blood lipids and blood viscosity changes. Results SOD in kelp extract group was significantly higher than the control group, MDA was significantly lower than the control group, GSH-PX no significant change. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly lower than the positive control group. Conclusion kelp extract has obvious anti-lipid peroxidation and hypolipidemic blood viscosity.
