技术改造成就显著 最近,记者就我国技术改造的进展情况访问了国家经委技术改造局负责同志。他首先谈了“六五”期间和1986年全国技术改造所取得的成绩。“六五”期间,全国技术改造共完成投资1477亿元,比“五五”期间实际完成840亿元,增长76％。技术改造建成投产项目20万个,新增固定资产1110亿元,相当于1980年末全国国营企业固定资产原值的1/5。“六五”新增加工业总产值中,约有三分之二是依靠技术改造和企业整顿取得的。“六五”时期内,全国共引进技术和关键设备一千多项。这些项目1/3已建成投产,其中大多数项目具有国际七十年代末、八十年代初的水平。
Significant achievements in technological transformation Recently, the reporter visited the responsible comrades of the State Economic and Trade Commission for Technical Reform on the progress of technological transformation in our country. He first talked about the achievements made during the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” and the national technological transformation in 1986. During the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period, a total of 147.7 billion yuan of investment was made in technological upgrading across the country, an actual increase of 76 billion yuan or 84 billion yuan from the “5/5” period. The completion of technological transformation put into operation 200,000 projects and added 111 billion yuan of fixed assets, equivalent to 1/5 of the original fixed assets of state-owned enterprises by the end of 1980. About two-thirds of newly added industrial output in the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period was relied on technological transformation and enterprise reorganization. During the “6th Five-Year Plan” period, a total of over 1,000 technologies and key equipment were introduced across the country. One third of these projects have been completed and put into production, most of which have the international standards of the late seventies and early eighties.
