利用高温熔滴炉模拟高炉滴落带,研究未燃煤粉(UPC)对高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿过程中钛渣的形成和滴落过程的影响。结果表明:①料层中UPC还原TiO2生成的TiC、TiN等极易粘附在焦炭表面,从而改变了渣、焦的界面性质,这有利于炉渣的滴落。随着料层中UPC量的加大,高钛炉渣滴落量增加,但是对于普通炉渣却得到相反的结论;②滴落渣的粘度均低于攀钢现场渣的粘度,但随着滴落渣中碳含量的加大,炉渣粘度增加、熔化性温度升高
The effects of UPC on the formation of titanium slag and the dropping process of titanium slag during the blast furnace smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite were studied by using a high-temperature drop-casting furnace to simulate the blast furnace dropping band. The results show that: (1) TiC and TiN produced by reduction of TiO2 by UPC can easily adhere to the surface of coke, which changes the interfacial properties of slag and coke, which is beneficial to the dropping of slag. With the increase of the amount of UPC in the bed, the amount of high-titanium slag dropping increased, but for the ordinary slag, the opposite conclusion was obtained. (2) The viscosity of the dripping slag was lower than the viscosity of the on-site slag of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Slag carbon content increases, the slag viscosity increases, the melting temperature increases
