本文研究了高温合金临界变形粗晶形成的机理。认为临界变形粗晶的形成是原始晶粒的直接长大,而不是“再结晶晶核数目少”或其它复合机制。临界变形区晶粒长大的最初驱动力是晶界两侧的畸变能差。
In this paper, the mechanism of the formation of critical grain size of high temperature superalloy was studied. It is considered that the formation of critical deformation coarse grains is the direct growth of the original grains instead of “less recrystallized nuclei” or other complex mechanisms. The initial driving force of grain growth in the critical deformation zone is the difference of the distortion energy on both sides of the grain boundary.
