德国海瑞克公司生产的土压平衡式盾构机,曾用于深圳地铁一号线的隧道施工。在现场施工中,两台盾构机均出现液压油温度过高报警现象(该盾构机液压系统各装置设定报警温度均为60℃)。检查了盾构机的工作负荷知,刀盘扭矩只有1 900 kN·m(最大设定扭矩为4 350 kN·m);螺旋输送机只有120 kN·m(最大设定扭矩为239 kN·m)。由于盾构机负荷很小,而且各液压装置回油均畅通,所以可以排除因盾构机负荷过大和液压装
