本实验运用酶谱(Zymography)法,研究了大鼠妊娠早期子宫中胶原酶活性的变化规律。结果显示,妊娠第一天激活和酶原两种形式的胶原酶活性都很高,特别是酶原形式胶原酶,第二天迅速下降到很低的水平,一直到第五天时,又出现了酶活性高峰,而第四天和第六天胶原酶活性都显著低于第五天。大鼠子宫着床点酶原形式的胶原酶显著高于非着床点,但是,激活形式的酶活没有显著性差异。大鼠在动情后期注射E_2(0.1/只),24小时后的胶原酶活性与间情期相比,激活形式胶原酶显著升高,而酶原形式胶原酶活性没有显著性差异;在动情前期注射P_4(0.4mg/只),15小时后的胶原酶活性与动情期比较,两种形式胶原酶活性都没有显著性变化。结果提示:胚泡植入前后胶原酶活性有显著性变化,这种变化受到甾体激素的调控。
In this study, Zymography was used to study the changes of collagenase activity in the uterus during early pregnancy. The results showed that the first day of gestation and zymogen both forms of collagenase activity are very high, especially zymogen form collagenase, the next day rapidly dropped to a very low level, until the fifth day, appeared again The peak of enzyme activity, while the fourth and sixth days of collagenase activity were significantly lower than the fifth day. The results suggest that there is a significant change of collagenase activity before and after blastocyst implantation, which is regulated by steroid hormones.
