新旧混凝土粘结界面的剪切强度是衡量界面粘结性能的最重要指标。基于Z形粘结试件直剪试验,研究植筋情况下新旧混凝土粘结界面的剪切强度。采用统计方法,分析植筋直径、植筋深度及植筋率对粘结界面剪切强度的影响,结果表明:为保证新旧混凝土界面的粘结性能,植筋深度需不小于10倍的植筋直径,且界面剪切强度随植筋率的增大而增大。利用试验结果,对已有新旧混凝土粘结界面剪切强度的主要计算公式进行了对比分析,分析结果表明:吻合度较高的计算公式,可供实际加固工程参考。
The shear strength of the old and new concrete bonding interface is the most important index to measure the bonding performance of the interface. Based on the direct shear test of the Z-shaped bond specimen, the shear strength of the interface between the old and the new concrete at the planting bar was studied. The statistical methods were used to analyze the influence of planting diameter, anchorage depth and planting weight on the shear strength of the bonded interface. The results showed that in order to ensure the bonding performance of the new and old concrete interface, the planting depth should be no less than 10 times Diameter, and interfacial shear strength increases with the increase of planting weight. Based on the test results, the main formulas for calculating the shear strength of the interface between the old and the new concrete are analyzed and compared. The results show that the formula of high agreement is available for the reference of the actual strengthening project.
