鼻窦脑膜瘤,临床很少见。近年来我院收治1例,报告如下: 1 病例 患者曹××,住院号60160,女性,20岁,未婚,农民。以右眼球突出,于1983年11月18日入院。患者于1979年发现右眼眶内上方长一小指头大小之包块。不痛,逐渐长大。在本地医院手术,诊断为囊肿。术后包块未消失,并逐渐长大。于1980年3月,1981年6月及1982年10月先后3次住重庆市某医院手术,分别诊断为“额筛窦囊肿”,“鼻息肉”,“骨化纤维瘤”,术后包块仍不消失,且发展更快,而来我院求治。
Sinus meningioma is rare in clinical practice. In recent years, 1 case has been treated in our hospital. He was diagnosed as “frontal ethmoid sinus cyst”, “nasal polyp”, “ossification fibroma”, and postoperative package. The block still does not disappear, and it develops faster and comes to our hospital for treatment.
