本文将“发射光谱的表观浓度法”用于钢铁样品分析,使基体元素的浓度变化影响和共存元素干扰得到综合校正,并以适当的高能予燃和低能曝光条件减轻组织结构的影响,实现了用统一的分析条件和工作曲线测定碳钢、中低合金钢和耐酸不锈钢的21种元素(C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Mo、V、Cu、Al、Ti、W、Nb、B、Co、As、Pb、Zr、Zn和Sn),分析结果无需内控样校正就可获得满意的精密度和准确度,生产使用效果良好。
