Clozapine (clozapine) is a new structural antipsychotic that works well for all types of schizophrenia. Foreign countries have reported the use of gas chromatography (GC) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) determination of blood concentration of the drug, but cumbersome operation, expensive, with poor accuracy. We developed a rapid and easy to measure the concentration of clozapine in blood by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
