平菇通常指糙皮侧耳,是一种大型可食用真菌。群众把它誉为“山珍”享有素中之肉的美称。平菇栽培,从前在室内,设施复杂,成本高,1985年露地畦栽试验成功后才推广开来。尤其是林区老参地栽培平菇,既解决了老参地的土壤改良向题,又能获得较高的经济效益,一举两得。现将其技术要点介绍如下:
