新课程改革的主要实施者是教师,我校为提高教师的课改能力,适应新课程标准的教学要求,根据实际情况,采取了多种教师培训模式。1.以学代培。结合学校实际,我校采取“讲座”“自学”“讨论研究”等多种形式,组织教师学习新课改的基本理念。要求教师做好笔记,积极思考并认真撰写心得体会,在教学中用理论指导实践。2.以课代培。我校实行三级备课制:个人备课——组内备课——复备应用。个人备课的基础上教研组再次商议教学目标的确定、问题的设计及检测的内容等。在复备的基础上,形成自己的风格。学校
