目的:研究醇提和水提蟾酥对鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抑菌作用,并分析两种提取方法所得蟾酥提取液与不同抗菌药物联合抗菌效果。方法:采用水提和醇提两种方法提取蟾酥有效成分,分别检测其对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),以及与抗菌药物联合应用对鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抑菌研究。结果:醇提蟾酥的MIC范围是0.313~1.25 mg/m L,MIC_(50)为0.625mg/m L,MIC_(90)为1.25 mg/m L。水提蟾酥的MIC范围是0.625~2.5 mg/m L,MIC_(50)为1.25 mg/m L,MIC_(90)为2.5 mg/m L。醇提蟾酥与抗菌药物联合可以降低多数抗菌药物MIC2~4个浓度梯度,水提蟾酥与抗菌药物联合可以降低多数抗菌药物MIC 1~2个浓度梯度。结论:中药蟾酥对鲍曼不动杆菌有良好的抑菌效果,其中醇提蟾酥效果更佳,醇提蟾酥和水提蟾酥与其他抗菌药物有协同抑菌作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antibacterial effect of alcohol extract and water extract of Toad Porosinii on Acinetobacter baumanni in vitro, and to analyze the antibacterial effect of extract of Toadstool obtained by two extraction methods and different antibacterial agents. Methods: Two methods of water extraction and alcohol extraction were used to extract the effective components of Toadstool, and their minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) against multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were determined respectively. The combination of antimicrobial agents and Acinetobacter baumannii Antibacterial activity in vitro Results: The MICs of aldo-toads were 0.313-1.25 mg / m L, MIC50 was 0.625 mg / m L, and MIC 90 was 1.25 mg / m L. The MIC of water toad was 0.625 ~ 2.5 mg / m L, the MIC 50 was 1.25 mg / m L, and the MIC 90 was 2.5 mg / m L. The combination of alcohol extract and antimicrobial agents can reduce MIC2 ~ 4 concentration gradients of most antibacterials. The combination of water extract and antimicrobial agents can reduce the concentration of most antibacterial MICs by 1 ~ 2. CONCLUSION: Chinese toad has good antibacterial activity against Acinetobacter baumannii, of which the alcohol toad effect is better. The alcohol toad and water toad venom have synergistic antibacterial activity with other antibacterial agents.
