摘要：文章运用相关性分析方法，对15家上市商业银行2006年～2011年间的资本充足率与风险行为之间进行了实证分析。研究结果证明，资本充足率监管的风险激励效应存在多重影响，对部分银行具有正向的风险激励效应，对大部分银行具有负向的激励效应。在此基础上，对监管当局的监管行为和商业银行的经营行为分别提出了相关建议。 关键词：商业银行；资本充足率；风险激励效应；相关性分析 一、 文献综述 理论界和监
