本文就轨旋式钛泵电离性能进行了实验研究，得到最佳电离区域。这一结果与Ｆｅｉｄｔ等［１］的结果几乎是同时获得的。文章还就理论与实验中的一些问题做了讨论。
In this paper, the orbital titanium pump ionization performance of the experimental study, the best ionization region. This result is obtained almost simultaneously with the result of Feidt et al. [1]. The article also discusses some of the problems in theory and experiment.
