The “Suggestions on Current Situation in Northeast China and Its Surroundings and Our Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “Suggestions”) is a precious historical document left by Comrade Chen Zhengren. “Suggestion” is written in red vertical grid paper with the words “Manchurian Fur Leather Co., Ltd.” printed on it. A total of 7 pages. Comrade Chen Zhengren's handwriting. The “suggestion” has been preserved by Chen Chengren's lover PENG Ru and donated to Jilin in 1986
