烟台市把推动创新创业作为扩大就业、改善民生、促进发展的重要抓手,不断完善创业支撑体系,持续激发全民创业活力。2012年,被国务院表彰为首批“全国创业先进城市”。目前,全市建成创业孵化基地66处,入驻企业1.4万家;拥有省级示范基地(园区)10处,市级6处;3个市级创业型县市区、19个创业型街道(镇)、24个创业型社区已通过验收;建成烟台创业大学,成立了烟台市众创空间联合会(众创联盟),58家单位正创建市级创客空间。
Yantai City, as an important starting point for expanding employment, improving people’s livelihood and promoting development, will continue to improve its entrepreneurial support system and continuously stimulate the entrepreneurial vitality of the entire people. In 2012, the State Council commended as the first batch of “national advanced city”. At present, the city has established 66 business incubation bases and 14,000 settled enterprises; it has 10 provincial demonstration bases (parks) and 6 municipal levels; 3 municipal-level pioneering counties and 19 pioneering-type streets (towns) , 24 entrepreneurial communities have passed the acceptance; built Yantai University of entrepreneurship, the creation of Yantai City, a public space Association (Public Alliance), 58 units are creating municipal-level maker space.
