在矿山运输车辆等设备中应用液压技术进行转向、翻转、升降与举升,液压系统中的液压缸和液压支柱总成件,常因操作人员误操作和长时间受径向力作用等原因,使液压缸内芯轴弯曲。这样将导致液压缸偏磨、油封漏油及泄压等故障,使液压缸不能正常工作。液压缸内芯轴,多是采用优质钢材,强度高、刚性好,一般很难进行校正修复。因此,常因配件短缺、购货不及时等造成经济损失。对此,我公司采用制矫直机进行液压缸芯轴的校正修复。1 校直机工作要求 (1)在校正液压缸芯轴受力部位垫黄铜或紫铜板。 (2)带指示计的电动液压千斤顶,量程应该满足所校正芯轴的抗弯强度。
