我们用便携、数字式HD-400型红外测温仪(测温范围-20~+400℃,响应时间0.25s,噪声等效温差NETD≤0.1℃),对燕化总公司向阳化工厂Φ529mm蒸气管道原水泥珍珠岩保温层及中间试验用的岩棉、硅酸钙及其复合结构保温层的热损失进行现场测试,取得了良好结果。用红外测温仪测定热网管道表面热损的方法属表面温度法。根据传热学理论,单位面积热损为q=a(T-T_a)+εσ(T~4-T_b~4),(单位长度管道热损为Q_L-πDq)式中a为对流换热系数,T_a为环境温度,T_b为环境辐射等效黑体温度,D为保温层直径。利
