继Motoyoshi等用纯化人尿集落刺激因子(CSF_(HU))治疗1例成人白细胞减少症后,作者对9例小儿慢性中性白细胞减少症患者用CSF_(HU)治疗和进行临床观察。 9例1～18岁小儿均有慢性白细胞减少史,治疗前6个月～18年无中性白细胞计数上升或周期性变化。血IgG、IgA、IgMC正常到轻度增高5例,4例增高。CSF_(HU)每次6×10~6U/m~2/d滴注2小时,连续7天。随访患者外周血中性白细胞计数6～12个月,用药后的第1天和第15天分别行骨髓穿刺,以作骨髓形态学和粒巨噬细胞克隆形成细胞(GM-CFUs)分析。结果 CSF_(HU)治疗后,9个病人中性白细胞计
Following the treatment of 1 adult leucopenia with purified human urinary colony stimulating factor (CSF_ (HU)) by Motoyoshi et al., 9 cases of children with chronic neutropenia were treated with CSF HU and clinical observation was performed. 9 cases of children aged 1 to 18 have a history of chronic leukopenia, 6 to 18 years before treatment, no increase in neutrophil count or periodic changes. Blood IgG, IgA, IgMC normal to mild increase in 5 cases, 4 cases increased. CSF_ (HU) each infusion of 6 × 10 ~ 6U / m ~ 2 / d for 2 hours for 7 days. Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months with neutrophil counts. Bone marrow aspiration was performed on day 1 and day 15 respectively for bone marrow morphology and granulocyte-macrophage colony forming cells (GM-CFUs).
