目的:在大田条件下,考察不同浓度的锌对冬凌草产量及有效成分含量的影响,为锌的合理施用提供科学依据。方法:在冬凌草生长发育初期,叶面喷施不同浓度的锌,以冬凌草的产量、冬凌草甲素及迷迭香酸、冬凌草乙素的含量为指标,优选出锌的最佳喷施浓度。结果:与喷施清水的对照相比,叶面喷施0.10%的锌有利于提高冬凌草的产量及冬凌草甲素的含量,冬凌草的产量增加16.5%、冬凌草甲素的含量提高40.28%。结论:锌的合理施用可使冬凌草增产,同时可显著提高冬凌草甲素的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different concentrations of zinc on the yield and effective components of Rubia cordyceps under field conditions, and to provide a scientific basis for the rational application of Zinc. Methods: In the initial stage of growth and development of Rubia cordifolia, different concentrations of zinc were sprayed on the foliage. The yield of Rubescens indica, the content of Rubescensine A, rosmarinic acid and Rubescensine B, The best spraying concentration. Results: Compared with the control, the foliar spraying of 0.10% zinc was beneficial to increase the yield and the content of oridonin, the yield of rubescens increased by 16.5% The content increased by 40.28%. Conclusion: The rational application of zinc can increase the production of rubescens grass, at the same time can significantly increase the content of oridon.
