控制结核病最有效的武器是病例发现与化学疗法相结合。在一个地区如何开展病例发现和合理化疗,不仅是结核病防治工作中需要研究的课题,而且是结核病监测的主要内容。本文报告分析我市1984年监测登记收集并经细菌学证实的新发及复发菌阳肺结核资料,以期了解在日常常规工作情况下我市肺结核诊断及治疗工作的现状和存在问题,为改进和提高患者发现、治疗管理的效果和效率提供依据。
