运用补肾、养阴二组中药进行抗肝纤维化动物实验,通过病理、电镜超微结构、血清生化等检测对比,证明此二组中药均有较好的抗肝纤维化作用,且补肾方优于养阴方。
By using the traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney and nourishing yin, the anti-hepatic fibrosis animal experiments were carried out. The pathological, electron microscopic ultrastructure and serum biochemistry showed that the two groups of Chinese herbs had better anti-hepatic fibrosis effect, On the yin side.
