目前,世界各国都经常发生恐怖事件,进入21世纪后,恐怖活动数量增加、危害程度增大,不稳定因素剧增。有些国家出台了反恐专门法,有的甚至直接列出恐怖组织的名单。打击恐怖主义首先要明确恐怖组织该如何认定,本文从对恐怖组织的基本认识出发,在对恐怖组织的由来和现状的研究基础上,列举了恐怖组织的类型,同时又与其他犯罪组织进行比较,分析出异同,提出恐怖组织的认定标准。
