体育教学的开展必须要依据心理、生理、社会和教育方面的规律。小学生体育课的内容要尽量安排刺激性不大、难度偏低、运动量和动作频率便于自我调节的项目,并注重全面的身体锻炼。宜围绕发展其运动器官的目标确定教学内容和方向。在组织教法上,要运用多样、多层次的方法,采用启发、鼓励、循序渐进等教学方法,发扬他们主动学习的精神,调动其学习的积极性。为此,我提出以下几点建议。教学内容要精选体育活动要求学生要多动手脚,多进
Physical education must be based on psychological, physical, social and educational aspects of the law. Pupils physical education curriculum should try to arrange less irritating, less difficult, exercise and frequency of action to facilitate self-regulation of the project, and pay attention to a comprehensive physical exercise. The content and direction of teaching should be determined around the goal of developing their organs of movement. In the organization of teaching methods, we should make use of diversified and multi-level methods to adopt such teaching methods as enlightenment, encouragement and gradual progress, to promote their initiative learning spirit and to mobilize their enthusiasm for learning.
