分析了美国和中国生物质能源发展的现状及目的,全面阐述了两国对于生物质能源发展的相关政策。近年来,美国和中国都颁布了一系列法律法规,使生物质能源发展上升到了一个战略高度。美国几乎对于每一种生物质能源都提供不同形式的政策扶持,而中国仅仅对有限几种生物质能源提供为数不多的政策扶持。在比较分析中、美两国生物质能源发展不同政策的基础上,对中国生物质能源的发展政策提出了一些建议。
The status quo and purpose of biomass energy development in the United States and China are analyzed, and the relevant policies of biomass energy development in both countries are comprehensively expounded. In recent years, the United States and China have all promulgated a series of laws and regulations that have brought biomass energy development to a strategic height. The United States provides different forms of policy support for almost every biomass energy source, while China is one of the few policy supporters for only a limited number of biomass sources. In the comparative analysis, based on the different policies for the development of biomass energy in the United States and China, some suggestions on the development policy of biomass energy in China are put forward.
