依托西部交通建设科技项目,针对公路隧道中常用的C30混凝土制备试块,采用不同温度、不同燃烧时间对隧道衬砌试块进行烧损试验;并通过抗压强度试验得到混凝土试块强度分别随温度与受火时间的变化规律,以及分别通过回弹试验与超声试验分别得到回弹值与温度、波速比与受火时间的关系;最后通过以上相关试验建立了公路隧道衬砌火灾损伤专用测强曲线,为以后相关试验及实际应用提供参考。
Relying on the western traffic construction science and technology project, for the C30 concrete commonly used in highway tunnel preparation test block, different temperature, different burning time of tunnel lining test block burning test; and by compressive strength test concrete test block strength with temperature And the variation law of fire exposure time, respectively, and the relationship between springback value and temperature, wave speed ratio and fire exposure time are respectively obtained by springback test and ultrasonic test.
