[目的]制备具有良好生物活性的20%丁硫克百威种子处理悬浮剂(FS)。[方法]利用湿法砂磨工艺对20%丁硫克百威种子处理悬浮剂配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。对该制剂的包衣种子安全性、室内生物活性及田间药效进行研究。[结果]较优配方组成为丁硫克百威20.0%,NNO 3.0%,FS3000 3%,601#4.0%,乙二醇3.0%,硅酸镁铝1.0%,黄原胶0.1%,BIT 0.1%,SYFMA001 5.0%,1284-S 2.0%,去离子水补足至100.0%。[结论]该制剂各项指标符合种子处理悬浮剂的相关标准。田间试验结果表明,采用药种比为1:150对玉米种子进行包衣,对金针虫的防效为83.9%。该制剂对玉米种子安全,具有良好的市场应用前景。
[Objective] To prepare 20% butylthiouracil seed treatment suspending agent (FS) with good bioactivity. [Method] The wet sanding process was used to screen and optimize the components in the formulation of 20% carbosulfan seed treatment suspending agent. The preparation of coated seed safety, indoor bioactivity and field efficacy studies. [Result] The optimum formulation consisted of 20.0% of butylthiocarb, 3.0% of NNO, 3% of FS3000, 4.0% of 601, 3.0% of ethylene glycol, 1.0% of magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.1% of xanthan gum, 0.1% of BIT 0.1 %, SYFMA001 5.0%, 1284-S 2.0%, deionized water make up to 100.0%. [Conclusion] The indicators of the preparation comply with the relevant standards of the seed treatment suspending agent. The results of field trials showed that the maize seed was coated with a ratio of 1: 150, and the control effect on the golden needle was 83.9%. The preparation of corn seed safety, has good market prospects.
